Alternative Wedding Photoshoot
Last month we were asked to be a part of what promised to be a truly amazing collaboration with local Dubbo businesses! We have always prided ourselves on being “different” - stocking different styles of jewellery, different brands, and just having a different vibe to other businesses in our area. So when BabyDoll Makeup Artistry approached us with the idea of an “Alternative Wedding Shoot”, we were immediately onboard!
So what makes an Alternative Wedding? Breaking away from the notions of a white dress and traditional styling, instead using moody blacks and purples mixed with a gothic aesthetic. Our role in this most epic of collaborations was to provide the rings! See how versatile our wedding and engagement rings can be with these stunning images from Amy Louise Photography and Design. Taken in a forest on the outskirts of Dubbo, our jewellery appears alongside treats from Cakes by Amy Rutherford and in loving embraces amidst a wonderland created by the combined efforts of Tipi Creative Co, Folke and Freya and Denise’s Flower Studio.
We are also drooling over amazing platters from Church Street Cafe that were used in the shoot - we absolutely love this local business and have had catering and an amazing grazing table put together by them in the past for our sales and launch events.
We have a range of wedding and engagement rings available from our website, though we have too many styles to even list here! See us in our Dubbo or Parkes store to discover the true extent of our ranges for both men and women - we can even create your own custom dream piece as you collaborate with our talented designer and jeweller.
See below for the full list of fantastic Dubbo businesses involved, as well as more amazing photos themselves from Amy Louise Photography and Design.
